SCOUTCARD

YOUR INFORMATION

Request your data or delete it

You can ask SCOUTCARD to show you, correct, or delete information connected to your account. You can also ask us to remove an athlete profile or deactivate a card. We handle these requests by email so you do not need to create another account or submit sensitive details in a web form.

Send a request

  1. Email scout.card26@gmail.com with the subject “SCOUTCARD privacy request”. If the button does not open your email app, copy the address and send an ordinary email.
  2. Tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, profile unpublishing, or card deactivation. Include the email used for your SCOUTCARD account or order and, if relevant, your public profile link or order reference.
  3. We may ask you to confirm control of the account or order before changing or disclosing information. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, identity documents, or private card activation codes in your first email.

If you are a parent or guardian requesting removal of a teen's information, say so in the email. If you believe information about a child under 13 is on SCOUTCARD, please tell us so we can prioritize reviewing it.

What happens next

We will review your request, may verify that you are authorized to make it, and reply by email. We can unpublish a profile while reviewing a deletion request. Removing data from SCOUTCARD cannot erase copies already saved by other people or search services. Some order, payment, security, or legal records may need to be retained; we will explain any limits when we respond. A request email does not instantly delete your account.

To stop sharing a public profile immediately, sign in to My profile, turn off its publishing option, and save. This does not replace a deletion request.

Read the full privacy policy's retention and deletion section.
